2017年药学院在聚焦重大前沿科学问题、引领科学发展方面取得了系列原创成果,在药学相关领域公认的重要期刊上发表了200余篇高水平学术论文。一系列重要科研成果发表于 Accounts Chem. Res., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Nat. Commun., J. Med. Chem., Eur. J .Med. Chem.,J. Nat. Prod., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Biomaterials等高水平专业期刊。
本年度全院共发表论文360篇(SCI收录249篇),会议报告论文100余篇。国内论文125篇,核心期刊收录99篇。国外论文235篇,全部为SCI收录;其中我院为第一完成单位发表的论文180篇,研究文章176篇,综述4篇。影响因子10以上的有11篇,7.0~10.0有11篇,5.0~7.0有26篇。
叶新山研究团队经过多年的研究积累,在复杂多糖的人工合成领域获得重大突破,研究结果发表在Nature Communications杂志上(IF12.124),美国《C&EN》进行了专栏报道。该课题组全合成的最大最复杂的多糖分子Arabinogalactan 入选 “年度最炫分子”,这是自《化学与工程新闻》Chemical & Engineering News, C&EN)开展“年度分子”评选以来,首次有中国本土学者完成的工作入选该榜单。
张强团队的药物递送系统研究成绩突出, 相关研究成果连续发表在国际著名期刊Advanced Functional Materials上(IF11.774)。
焦宁研究团队长期致力于绿色高效的氧合、氮合新反应和应用的研究,近期在酰胺类药物的氧化修饰方面取得新进展,研究成果发表于Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.(IF11.995)。
屠鹏飞团队在PNAS(IF 9.661)上发表中药分子靶点研究新成果,国家自然科学基金委员会网站资助成果栏目对这一研究做了成果报道。
黄卓研究团队在《自然·通讯》(Nature Communications)杂志上发表研究论文,首次证明了表观遗传因子CDYL调控轴突起始段Nav1.6钠离子通道的表达,进而影响癫痫的发生发展,为癫痫的治疗提供了新的分子靶点。
